  This location advertises Notary Public service. But perhaps they do not know how to do it property. Their notarization was rejected by Apostille Certification Office because they did no filled out special form "For witnessing or attesting a signature".
  We have to made trip 35 miles to Downtown in order to be rejected.
  Three hours plus parking fee plus gas were wasted.
