  We purchased 4 brand new tires here approximately 6 months ago or less. The tires currently have 4k miles on them. One of them went flat and needed replacement due to a large "something" being stuck in it. I called the store phone number on a Saturday when they were closed and spoke to a man who stated he was the "emergency line". I explained the issue and that my daughter needed the car for work etc. He said bring it in 1st thing Monday morning and we will take care of you and get you in & out. We were told by Mickeys today that we needed a new tire & that there is no proration or discount on the replacement because we did not buy the additional "protection package". (Upon contacting 2 other businesses that sell the same tires, we were told that with or without the package the tire would be replaced at a lesser cost). Mickeys then tried to charge me $98 for a new tire. Once I started asking questions I was told the tire was $53, taxes disposal fees etc. They also added on $13 for the "protection package", which I declined. So if my math is right, $98-$13 is $85 plus another $1.30 for tax. When my daughter went back to pick up the car the total due was $89 and some change, so I get back on the phone with them and the same man says he was wrong and the protection is $9 not $13... So not only did I pay $89 for a second new tire (which is more than I paid for the 4 other exact same ones) & my daughters lyft fee to get to work - (since the car was there from 9am - 2pm and we were not "in & out" but somehow the prices I was given changed to their benefit in the 20 minutes it took her to get there!! In my opinion that is bad business! My family and I will not be doing business here any longer.
