  I went to pick my car up today. I was asked to provide a credit card and drivers license. No problems there, right? Wrong. I gave them my Capital One credit card and was told "there's no water mark on it." Uh... what? It's a Capital One card that has over 400$ on it. Apparently my Chase debit card has one but they had to run a credit check (which I was NOT told would be a hard inquiry) that I didn't pass. Thankfully my friend is able to help me, but because it's on his card he is the main driver. He's not even going with. So in order to drive it I have to be added as a driver which is running me an extra $77! I am now over an hour past schedule for a 10 hour drive. This is absolutely absurd and ridiculous! I will NEVER rent from here again, and will advise others not to either. He "did me a favor" by not charging my buddy's card and only putting a hold on it. I'm not surethtwhat kind of favor that is when I have the money to pay for it.

  Marco the operator could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The rental process was easy and fast, the return was no different. I will use them again.
