  Absolutely terrible service. I bought a 2000 ford explorer here on February 18th. The owner promised in writing (lol) that he was going to make repairs on the car... told me he was going to put in a new power steering pump... etc. mind you march was the last time i physically spoke to the dbag. Now its SEPTEMBER, and I still have in writing how hes gonna do all these things, and he has yet to do so! Whats even funnier is if they see my number call on the caller id, they will ignore my phone calls! See you in court Tom, you probably shouldnt have put it in writing if you had no intention of following through!
