  Employed by CBRE, MDW6 is an awesome place to work. Amazon Employees are curteous, professional and extremely nice to each other. This makes it easy to go to work and satisfy customer needs. In my position my customers are Amazon employees first! It is a pleasure to work and serve Amazon. Thank you for the opportunity!
  
  2 months later.... Amazon has gone down hill. Notably they are hiring LBQT, they spend more time in groups singing koom-by- ya with stereos blasting all day, 3 fatalities in 2 months in a wear short pants or anything you want environment, nobody watching over the employee safety, careless workmanship, major stock owner unloaded his stock and stock going down, no background checks on employees or at least they overlook the backgrounds, employees wear pants down to their knees, no dress code or grooming, almost resembles a juvenile facility with all the cameras and the type of employees. Prices going up on items because of thefts and damaged product from employees. Learn alot in 2 months. One of those jobs that management points the finger on everybody but themselves. Leadership is absolutely horrible.
