  I have lived in HPA for over a year now. I think the maintenance dept is great!!. Response quickly to my work orders and does a great job. Kudos to maintenance. The office staff is professional, friendly and down to earth. I love Kathy.. I appreciate the office staff so much getting all my packages during the Christmas season. Only issue which was addressed is receiving a threatening vm if I don't renew my lease soon I will be placed on a month to month lease. It was October my lease was due to renew in December. I did receive an apology for that. The only other issue my apt wasn't cleaned thoroughly when I moved in and the vertical blinds were taped in placed. I mean for the price blinds should be on point. I can call and I know the blinds will be replaced. I enjoy living here clean, quiet just peaceful. Marquette don't change your staff out here and Maintenance is doing a great job. Thank you!!
