  The customer service is terrible here. You guys need to teach them how to be polite and how to take care of the customers. They don't even greet you with a smile and seems like they don't even wanna be working or taking care of you. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Happy I chose First American Bank over Chase. I see that most of your reviews are complaining about how unfriendly and terrible your costumer service is... Seems like you guys aren't doing something right and must be fixed.
